you can’t eat healthy for one day, or eat below 500 cal or fast for 36 hours and expect to wake up skinny and boney
it takes weeks and months to see a good amount of progress, and you have to work hard all the time
you don’t just wake up skinny, you need to be patient and work hard
I have this cycle where I don’t care about how I eat, and I find it difficult to starve, but then it gets to a point where I can’t take it anymore, and suddenly starving is a necessity, and the idea of eating just sickens me. Anyone go through the same thing?
